It is pretty well known that the issue with WC3 can often be your firewall. Get into your firewall and open port 6112 (udp and tcp if it asks)
Next step is to configure your router if you have one. I'll get pictures up for this later, but untill then. Find out the address of your router (usualy 192.168.1.1). Enter it in a browser window to get into your routers config utility. Usualy a login window will pop up, and about 90% of the time you can type the word "admin" in either the username or the password box and get in. (for linksys routers username is blank and password is admin untill changed.) This will get you in.
Basicaly you want to look for "Port Forwarding" and plug the port 6112 into it as both UDP and TCP.
